How do I install my modem?
Plug in the modem
into one of the USB ports located at the back or front of your
desktop/laptop and the application will start automatically. Select yes
and click on ‘next’ until the end.
How do I load airtime?
Click on Safaricom
Broadband icon on your desktop, select messages, new message, type in
the 16 digit scratch card PIN number and send to 141.
What is a data bundle?
A data bundle
enables you to pay less per MB when browsing the Internet. Browsing
without purchasing a bundle will cost you slightly more.
How do I upgrade my modem?
To upgrade your modem, click on the following links:
How do I check balance or purchase a bundle from the new features of the upgraded modem?
Double click on Safaricom Broadband icon and select My PrePay Account.
